How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders every Saturday morning so everything sails out in one smooth batch! 🌞
Make sure to place your order before Friday at 7:00 PM to be included in that week’s shipment.
Orders made after 7:00 PM on Friday will join the next week’s wave.
This schedule helps us keep things flowing and make sure every piece is packed with care before it heads your way. 🌊✨
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, Maya, and bank transfers. Instructions will be provided at checkout.
Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery)?
At the moment, we do not offer COD. Payments must be made before we process your order.
Where are you based?
Right now, we are based in Pampanga, BUT we are looking forward to make our friendship bracelets available somewhere coastal 👀
What courier do you use?
We ship nationwide via J&T Express.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–14 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or Instagram DM so you can follow your package through J&T Express.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please check your order details carefully before placing your order.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
If this happens, please email us at hello@coastalvibesph.com or DM us on Instagram @coastalvibesph within 3 days of receiving your package. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened. This helps us verify issues and process your claim quickly.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
