Are the bracelets adjustable?

Absolutely! All our bracelets are made to fit most wrists with ease. If you’re unsure about sizing, just shoot us a DM — we’ll help you pick the perfect fit.

How do I place an order?

Super simple: browse the shop, add your faves to cart, and head to checkout. Pop in your shipping details, choose your payment method, and you’re good to go!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We ship all orders every Saturday morning so everything sails out in one smooth batch! 🌞
Make sure to place your order before Friday at 7:00 PM to be included in that week’s shipment.
Orders made after 7:00 PM on Friday will join the next week’s wave.

This schedule helps us keep things flowing and make sure every piece is packed with care before it heads your way. 🌊✨

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We work fast! Once your order is confirmed, we can’t make changes or cancellations. Double-check your details before hitting that final button to avoid any oops moments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash, Maya, and bank transfers. Don’t worry — we’ll guide you through payment at checkout.

Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Not right now. Since everything is made-to-order with care, we require full payment before processing your order.

Where are you based?

We’re proudly based in Pampanga 🌴 but our goal is to take Coastal Vibes nationwide (and yes, we’d love to be by the actual coast soon 👀).

What courier do you use?

We ship nationwide via J&T Express — so your new arm candy will be at your doorstep in no time.

How long does delivery take?

We usually process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email or Instagram DM once we ship. You can then follow your package all the way to your door.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each bracelet is made with care, we don’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

First, we’re so sorry! 💛 If this happens, email us at hello@coastalvibesph.com or DM us at @coastalvibesph within 3 days of receiving your package.
To help us fix things quickly, please provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing you opening the package. This helps us verify what went wrong and send you the right item ASAP.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location, but generally falls between ₱90–₱120. You’ll always see the exact fee before checkout.

What’s the difference between 3-ply and 5-ply cotton thread?

The “ply” refers to how many strands of cotton are twisted together to make the thread.

- 3-ply cotton is lighter, softer, and creates a more delicate bracelet with a slimmer look. Perfect if you love a subtle, minimalist style.
- 5-ply cotton is thicker, stronger, and results in a chunkier bracelet that feels bolder on the wrist. Great for people who want durability and a statement piece.

Both are 100% cotton and handwoven, so you’ll get the same comfort and quality — it just depends on whether you prefer a finer or a thicker bracelet style.
